1-Year Limited Warranty — Commercial / Contract Use
Neighbor warrants the Workaround Lounge Collection to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original delivery for products used in a normal residential setting, and for one (1) year from the date of original delivery for products used in a commercial or contract setting (including hospitality, restaurant, multi-family, office, and other non-residential use). This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
What's Covered
For three years (residential) or one year (commercial / contract) from the date of original delivery, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in:
- The powder-coated aluminum frame, internal substructure, and weld joints.
- Reticulated quick-dry cushion foam against premature breakdown and loss of resiliency.
- Removable Sunbrella upholstery covers, including seams, stitching, and zippers.
- The integrated planter back module, including its housing, drainage, and mounting hardware.
- Modular connectors, fasteners, glides, and feet that join modules together.
Coverage applies to products purchased new from Neighbor or an authorized Neighbor retailer and cared for in accordance with our published care guidelines.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, surface scratches, minor color variation, and cushion softening.
- Damage caused by improper assembly, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
- Damage from fire, freezing, flooding, severe weather, sharp objects, pets, or harsh and abrasive cleaning agents.
- Cosmetic variation inherent to upholstered goods and dyed textiles.
- Plants, soil, or growing media added to the planter back, and any water damage related to plant care.
- Products purchased through unauthorized resellers or marked as final sale, floor model, or as-is.
Care Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, cushions and covers should be stored or covered during prolonged inclement weather, cleaned in accordance with Sunbrella care guidelines, and protected with a Neighbor cover during the off-season. The planter back should be drained and emptied before freezing temperatures.
How to File a Claim
Email support@hineighbor.mom with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected area. A member of our team will respond within two business days and walk you through next steps, including replacement parts, repair, or, where appropriate, replacement of the product.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Neighbor reserves the right to update this warranty; the version in effect on your date of purchase applies.
